Room Rental Rates
Open 7 days/week:
Rates: $1,500: Inclusive Rate (see Room Amenities above). No additional charges!
5 hour room rental. We will work with you and be flexible if you need more time.

Policies
• Booking Policy: We will require a deposit for the event at the time of booking equal to ½ of estimated package fee. Your balance will be due 14 days prior to your event, when we will determine the exact cost of your event. You will be credited if your event ends up being lower than the deposit; or charged the difference if it exceeds the deposit. Final guest count must be confirmed 14 days in advance also.

• Cancellation Policy: Your rental deposit fee will be forfeited unless we rebook your event date. Refund will be in the full amount less $100 for rebooking fee.
